Because our products are delivered digitally and may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are subject to the conditions described below.

1. Digital Products Policy

MedTestBank sells digital educational products exclusively.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access after purchase, all sales are generally final once the product has been successfully downloaded or accessed.

2. 24-Hour Refund Review Period

If you experience a critical issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to be eligible for a refund review.

Refund requests submitted after this period may be declined.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds or replacements may be considered within the 24-hour period in the following circumstances:

Duplicate purchases made in error.
A corrupted or inaccessible file.
The wrong digital product was delivered.
A significant technical issue on our end prevents access to the purchased product.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file or alternative access before issuing a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:
